REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
.يمكن للعميل طلب استرجاع أو استبدال المنتج خلال 3 أيام فقط من تاريخ الاستلام، وذلك في حال كان المنتج بحالته الأصلية ولم يتم استخدامه، مع وجود التغليف الأصلي وكافة الملحقات •
.لا يمكن قبول طلبات الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال بعد انتهاء مدة الثلاثة أيام •
.تكاليف الشحن غير قابلة للاسترجاع، ويتحمل العميل تكاليف الشحن في حال الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال ما لم يكن هناك خطأ من قبلنا أو عيب في المنتج •
Customers may request a return or exchange within 3 days from the date of receiving the product, provided that the item is in its original condition, unused, and with original packaging and all accessories included.
Requests for return or exchange will not be accepted after the 3-day period.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for shipping costs in case of return or exchange, unless the item is defective or an error occurred from our side.
